What Two Teachers Built — A Tutoring Center Unlike Any Other

When veteran teachers Maliha Khan and Faten Abdallah opened a tutoring center in Rockford, they weren't just starting a business. They were solving a problem they had observed firsthand for years: students falling through the cracks because the classroom couldn't always meet their individual needs.

Most tutoring companies are built around a business model, but ILMS was built around a belief that every student, regardless of grade level, background, or learning style, deserves instruction that meets them where they are. Maliha and Faten came to this belief through years of teaching in Rockford classrooms, watching students spare no effort, and understanding exactly what kind of support would have made a difference.
